I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, and more. I also have experience working with compassion fatigue and approach therapy from a trauma-informed lens. I fully believe that you are the expert of your story and I want to meet you where you are; asking for help is HARD and no problem is too big, no issue too small. I incorporate authenticity and humor into my sessions because the connection is the most important thing to me. I want therapy to be something you look forward to, even if it means we are challenging each other. That’s all part of the growth!
