About me

I am licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) in Michigan with 15 years of professional experience in a variety of clinical settings. I have experience in helping clients cope with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, parenting and relationship challenges. I also specialize in helping clients navigate life changes and transitions such a starting college or moving abroad. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I am currently living in Japan which allows me to offer weekend and evening hours for Michigan based clients due to the 13 hour time difference. Traveling and experiencing new cultures has always been a passion of mine and I have lived and worked in Italy, England, and Botswana (Africa) over the past 20 years. I believe these experience have helped me to grow both personally and professionally.
