I am licensed in Florida with 25 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression, & executive coaching. I also have experience working with personal and professional coaching. To achieve this, I provide a safe space for you to process your thoughts and feel accepted. We will explore your belief system and spirituality to help identify these strengths.
