About me

I am a gay cis-gendered White male (pronouns he/him/doctor) licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 21 years of professional work experience. I come to you with a Master’s Degree in Marriage Family and Child Counseling as well as a Master’s in Art Therapy; and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology. I practice “Experiential Arts” therapy: Art Therapy, Sand Play Therapy, using play and psychodrama techniques. I would call myself an Existential Psychotherapist that uses Brief Therapy/Treatment and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help people actualize themselves through self-driven assignments. I have worked with people dealing with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, lgbtq+ related issues, & relationship/alternative relationship issues. I also have experience working with parenting. I believe you are the expert in your story and you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things challenging you.
