About me

I have been a clinician for over 25 years helping people with a variety of needs. I have expertise with drug/alcohol addiction and co-dependency but also have a strong background working with depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I am certified as a Christian counselor as well which allows me to bring an that additional viewpoint to the therapy experience if you desire it. I am a culturally competent therapist with the knowledge and ability to understand and work with people from a variety of diverse backgrounds. As a therapist, I consider all aspects of your life when working with you to improve your overall health. My goal is to guide you through whatever challenge you are facing so you can live a more satisfying life that provides you meaning and joy.
