About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), for over 20 years, specializing in life coaching, sexual assault, and abuse recovery, and counseling families with special needs members. I have supported many clients during their most challenging life experiences. I enjoy practicing Client-Centered Therapy, counseling each of my clients, by being genuine, from a place of empathy and congruence; agreement, harmony, and compatibility. Most importantly, I believe in treating every client with unconditional positive regard, showing nonjudgemental understanding towards every clients’ concerns, with a humanistic approach. I guide each client through their self-discovery and support them in finding the answers they are seeking. Some of the outcomes I seek for every client are increased self-awareness, improved individual self-direction, better personal clarity, an improvement in self-esteem, and a boost of self-reliance. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
