I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia. I have over 25 years working as a Social Worker in multiple environments including rehabilitation centers, hospitals and now in private practice as a psychotherapist. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions and getting into and moving forward in recovery, coping with grief and loss, anxiety and depression. Helping people cope with life’s changes and challenges is my passion. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
