Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist in the state of Florida. I have over 25 years of counseling experience with a wide variety of clients and issues. Most recently I have focused on depression and anxiety in teens and young adults. My approach is client centered and solution focused. I enjoy being able to foster personal growth through creating a safe, nonjudgmental atmosphere in which people feel comfortable to express themselves freely. I believe that each individual has the answers to his or her own questions and it is my privilege to be a witness to this process. I endeavor to bring warmth and validation to every encounter.
