With more than 5 years of experience as an outpatient therapist, residential counselor, and healthcare Social Worker, I have been gifted with the opportunity to service those who suffer from depression, General and specified anxiety, self esteem issues, work related stressors (Dealing with tough Bosses and Co-workers or career changes). I have worked with Singles who struggle with dating and self perception/image and goal setting. As a Mental health professional, I have learned that the care of your Mind and Body should always be put first. With my assistance, I am solely focused on YOU and YOUR well-being.
