About me

I am a family and marriage therapist and licensed professional counselor in Texas with over 8 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, family of origin/attachment challenges, and grief. I am a level 1 practioner for the IEQ9 or Enneagram for individuals and couples and have received training in London at the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Center. My therapy style is solutions focused and encouraging. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change as they look to improve their relationships and life. I am here to provide support for YOUR goals. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and emotionally focused therapy as well as some psychodynamic approaches. If you are ready for something different and looking to move forward into something healthier then now is the time and I am here to help! I look forward to working with you!
