About me

I am a Licensed Mental Heath Counselor in Massachusetts with over 15 years experience in the field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues, both in the community as well as inpatient . I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety disorders, anger management issues and family problems. I have also worked with clients with histories of trauma. The style of counseling I prefer to utilize is really based on the person and the situation. I really don’t believe in the one size fits all approach to counseling. I believe in treating everyone with empathy and respect and always giving my best efforts to help others find their way to their desired outcomes. some of the approaches that I use include cognitive behavioral, person centered, mindfulness and when needed reality therapy. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile, if it sounds like a good fit I look forward to working with you, if not I wish you the very best in you search.
