About me

For more than 25 years I have had the good fortune to be helping people achieve their therapeutic goals. Life sometimes presents us with challenges that require some assistance to overcome. In my experience I have come to understand that most of us seek the same things in life….peace of mind, a sense of comfort and security, fulfillment, and happiness as we define it. We encounter blocks along the way which can be addressed and in many instances eliminated to allow us to continue our pursuit. I am well versed in various therapeutic approaches and like to tailor my treatment plan to the needs and preferences of the client. I look forward to sharing your journey with you. I have significant experience in treating addictions of all kinds and in working with families of alcoholics and addicts.. Anxiety disorders, phobias and depression are also specialties. I am also a trained hypnotherapist and can offer this modality to those clients who might benefit from it.
