About me

I am a Licensed Processional Counselor with Mental Service Provider designation in the state of Tennessee. I have been practicing for eight years in a variety of treatment settings. I have experience working with adults and adolescents both in individual and group sessions. I also have experience working with families. Most of my experience has been treating substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am a nonjudgmental and empathetic clinician. I always put my client’s needs first and meet them where they are at in life. I understand beginning therapy can be challenging and even scary. I always strive to make therapy a positive experience as well as helping you achieve your goals.
