About me

Hello, my name is Maya Daley, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I’ve dedicated my life to serving my community to help those in need, to accomplish their goals. I enjoy being an advocate for positive change. Professionally, I have over 6 years experience as a Mental Health Clinician working with disabled veterans, various individuals with psychological disorders, and substance abuse. Additionally I have over 3 years of experience working with youth suffering from anxiety and depression. As a first generation American, being in this country, I’ve learned that not only are their great opportunities for wealth and success, but there are also so many societal influences that impact our mental health, for good and for the bad. With this awareness, I’ve dedicated my life to the support of others. Given the opportunity, I aim to support you on your life’s journey towards accomplishing your goals, and ultimately find joy, purpose, and happiness in your life.
