About me

I have been a licensed therapist for 3 years. My education is clinical social work from Indiana Wesleyan University. I offer solution-focused, motivational interviewing, psychodynamic modalities. My personal history brought me to this field later in life and my own life experiences add depth to my practice and understanding of the hardships and circumstances many of us face. I believe therapy should be available to everyone and everyone needs therapy at some time in life. I use warmth, compassion, empathy, honesty, and dignity in every session. I believe we all have something to offer we just need some support in finding our self at times. I look forward to working with you!
