I have experience in helping clients from ages 6-60 with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, & motivation, depression, self esteem, confidence, parenting problems and relationships. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, emdr, psychodynamic and Neuro Psychotherapy. Working together, we will create a plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
