I am a licensed professional counselor in Mississippi. I have worked with a wide range of individuals. I have 15 years of experience working with individuals with substance use, anxiety, depression schizophrenia, trauma, bipolar and borderline personality disorder. I am energetic and interactive. I believe in accepting individuals as they are and having a non-judgmental stance. I have experience in the following modalities/approaches; solution focused, cognitive -behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, rational emotive therapy, the stages of change and EMDR.
