I am a licensed therapist in Florida with 8 years of professional experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of mental health settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient facilities for both mental health and substance abuse. This diverse experience has equipped me with the skills and insight needed to support clients with high-intensity needs and complex issues. I specialize in helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cope with addictions, navigate relationship issues, and build motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My approach is grounded in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am trained in a variety of theoretical orientations including but not limited to: CBT, Person Centered Therapy, Couples therapy, Family therapy, and many other individual therapy modalities. I believe in the importance of creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued.
