You have taken a heroic first step towards improving your life. I’d like to support and empower you in that journey. I am licensed in Florida with 29 years of professional work experience. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect; and it is the foundation of our work together. In my work I combine client-centered therapy, mindfulness techniques, and cognitive behavioral therapies to empower individuals to work toward and reached their goals. I have helped people with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, overcoming trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and other areas of their lives. I am also a Veteran of the United States Army and can assist other Veterans with the challenges they face in everyday life. I see out work together as a collaboration between you and I. I believe you are the expert of your story and you already possess strengths and skills to assist you with the challenges you face. I bring clinical knowledge and expertise from 29 years of working as a Clinical Social Worker. Together, we will work on what’s important to you and the goals you set.
