Hi there! I am so glad you’re here, taking this first step in therapy can be so hard but I’m proud of you! Starting it the hardest part and I do my best as your therapist to guide you through the process. I love therapy because its one space in your life where someone listens and gives guidance and feedback as your unbiased cheerleader. Over the last six years I have gained experiences working in a variety of backgrounds giving me experience in addictions, trauma, anxiety, high risk youth as well as having a passion for helping individuals with ADHD regain control over their lives. In therapy, you are the expert of your own story, and my role is to support and empower you on your unique journey. I use a blend of proven therapeutic techniques and genuine connection to help you uncover patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and develop deeper self-awareness and compassion.
