I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, lgbt-related issues, family conflicts, & parenting issues. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Dialectical Behavioral therapy to assist in challenging unhealthy thought patterns and to promote the regulation of emotions.
