I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York with 31 years of professional work experience. I have worked with clients on managing depression, stress and anxiety, and coping with addictions . I help clients with building self esteem, achieving desired behavioral changes, finding confidence and increasing self awareness. I have also spent many years working with teens and young adults who struggle with mental health, autism spectrum, or developmental delays. I believe in treating everyone with affirming respect, sensitivity, and compassion, while validating cultural and personal experiences. I have worked with many LGBTQ+ young adults, as well as with clients struggling with numerous forms of discrimination. I hope to offer you support as you explore your specific goals and concerns.
