About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults live with clarity, balance, and authenticity. I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from East Texas Baptist University and have worked in both clinical and school-based settings supporting clients through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to guide clients in building insight, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. Whether helping a teen manage stress and identity development or supporting an adult through anxiety, trauma, or life transitions, my goal is to help each client reconnect with their authentic self, strengthen inner resilience, and move toward a life guided by confidence and purpose.
