When we live with unhealed trauma, our hurt often displays as anger, depression, and low confidence. I strongly believe that representation matters and equitable mental health is necessary. I am a licensed therapist, with more than 7 years of experience as a therapist and 12 years in mental health. I work with my clients at their pace to discover challenges, explore various origins/triggers, and assist them in creating tools to evolve those behaviors, into healthy relationships and confidence.“One size fits all” therapy is not for me, or for you!
