I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I believe that to become well balanced and healthy individuals we need to consider mind, body, and spirit. Research has shown that for people that believe in a higher power, the healing process is more efficient and these people and live a healthier life. For the most part, I focus on scientific modalities to develop the treatment plans for my clients. My counseling modalities include person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT, solution focused, Christian counseling, and mindfulness.
