I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of Vermont with over 12 years of professional work experience in a variety of settings within the mental health field. I have experience in assisting people that are experiencing, or have experienced stress, anxiety, trauma, low motivation, low self-esteem and confidence, and/or relationship difficulties. I also have experience assisting people that are experiencing life changes or want to make life changes. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. I only have availability during summer on Thursdays and Fridays and am not on the platform on other days.
