I have been licensed in Florida for less than one year but have 6 years of experience working as an adult trauma therapist at a recovery center. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, mid-life crises, stress, low self-esteem, abandonment issues, empty nesters, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, grief, good girl trauma, self-esteem, codependence, and confidence. I have also helped many women who have struggled with childhood trauma to include all forms of abuse. My therapy style is warm, person-centered, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, empathy, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, dialectical behavioral, psychodynamic, gestalt, solution-focused, and rational-emotive therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to be willing to ask for help and take the first steps towards change.
