Hello there! I’m Rachel and I am licensed in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Washington , Texas, and Wyoming. I have 4 years of professional work experience since completing my Master’s Degree, but 10 years in the social work profession in a variety of areas. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression. My goal is to work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
