I am licensed in Tennessee with 5 years of professional work experience in the school setting with children and youth. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with coping with life changes – specifically adjusting to life changes in becoming a parent.
