I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience counseling adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families. Providing support in a variety of settings including public schools, charter schools, colleges/universities, residential treatment programs, juvenile detention centers, and outpatient mental health settings. Life comes with struggles and transitions that are often difficult to manage on our own. Whether it’s stopping harmful behaviors that are interfering in your life, or finding was to flourish as a student, professional, partner, or parent, together we can work to achieve your goal one intentional step at a time. I provide an interactive and collaborative approach using a variety of treatment modalities, including but not limited to Family Systems Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
