I am a counselor in Oklahoma with over 18 years of experience working as a psycho-counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, codependency, communication problems, relationship issues, career challenges, caregiver issues and stress, challenges with chronic pain, illness and disability, aging and geriatric issues, and coping with natural and human trauma. My counseling style is down-to-earth, warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
