About me

Life is a process. However, there are times when we get stuck on a rung as we progress. We want to climb but the distance down looks too scary and the journey ahead looks too far. That is where finding help comes in. My name is Robert and I have been a therapist for 8 years. My purpose is to stand with you as you determine what is holding you in your place and was will motivate you to take the next step. I use multiple types of therapy techniques based on the needs you have. I understand that I am only a partner and you are the expert on your pain and your healing. My job is to help you tap into that expertise and commence the healing. I am compassionate and sometimes directive but always focused on you. Thank you for trusting me and inviting me on your journey.
