I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues (couples/parents/progenies) , attention-deficit, and emotional abuse. I believe that it takes a lot of courage for individuals to reach out for help and that you know yourself best; therefore, you are essential in contributing to your success in healing. I don’t believe in substituting my advice for yours, rather in coming together to develop strategies that you will be comfortable with, which tends to be more realistic in implementing.
