About me

I am a relationship oriented therapist with more than 10 years experience of Family Preservation Therapy where I treated individuals, teens, couples, and adults. I have a strong background and extensive experience helping individuals and families with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, marital problems and difficulty relating to children and teens. I also have experience treating individuals struggling with addictive behavior involving pornography, gambling and substance abuse. I have a firm belief in self determination, a person’s ability to overcome challenges by calling upon dormant inner strengths and by helping persons overcome barriers to seeking help from important people in their lives when needed. I am a non-religious therapist, but with a background and understand of Christian faith, particularly issues common to LDS persons or persons contemplating their faith.
