About me

I have 30 + years doing Professional/Pastoral Counseling experience in a variety of settings in South Carolina. I am an ordained Minister, Life and Relationship Coach and Certified Career and Job Development and Transition Coach. In addition to being seminary trained with a Master of Divinity, I did post-graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy and have certifications in Gottman Couples Therapy, Couples Communication, Imago , PREP, PAIRS and Relationship Enhancement. I work with individuals and couples to work through issues and transitions by helping them set and meet goals to produce a more satisfying and meaningful life. I do this by assessing all the strengths and “growing edges” they possess and help them with the best of Emotional/Relational and Cognitive Therapy, a Jungian frame, Ericksonian Insights, Strategic Family work and Human Needs Psychology. I do much of my counseling using Assessment tools like PREPARE/ENRICH and SYMBIS for premarital Couples. I also use StrenghtFinders, MBTI I and II, Strong Interest and am a Certified Enneagram Coach. I would be honored to work with you to be everything you were created to be!
