About me

I am a licensed professional counselor, Texas board approved supervisor and executive coach. I have been working with individuals and couples throughout my 20+ year career. I have worked with client concerns that included but not limited to, domestic violence issues, self-esteem, depression, relationship stress, infidelity, anxiety, anger and adoption. I have had the opportunity to present trainings and workshops on the state and national level. Most of my expertise centers around issues of domestic violence, adoption issues, anger and depression. I truly believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the key to success. While I utilize a cognitive approach I also use many different techniques and approaches from many other theories. Clients are the experts in their own lives, I aim to work with the client to uncover the answers that they seek-I look forward to the opportunity to meet you.
