I am licensed in Florida with over 30 years of professional work experience. I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families, from diverse communities and cultures, on their journey towards improved mental well-being. I have extensive experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, stress and anxiety, mood disorders, grief, trauma, relationship issues, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, ADHD, behavioral issues, parenting skills, and neurodevelopmental disorders. My approach to therapy is rooted in a client-centered perspective while utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, among others.
