I am an Independent Clinical Social Worker with licenses in the State of Alabama and the State of Massachusetts. I strive to provide counseling services to youth and adults guided by respect, compassion, empathy, and strong emotional support. In my previous work and schooling, I have come across issues such as anxiety, stress, and depression. I have regularly faced crisis situations and the need to find out-of-the-box solutions for presenting conflicts. I am hopeful that I will be able to apply these skills working with you. I am here to support you to explore your own strengths and your abilities to build and expand the coping skills you will need to master the unique challenges you face.
