I am licensed in Maryland and Nebraska with 13 years of professional work experience. I am a former counseling intern site-supervisor and CE course provider having taught at colleges and universities in multiple states. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. I also have experience working with concentration, memory and focus (neurodivergence). I work with my clients to create an open, private, and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
