I have over 12 years experience working with all populations struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, addiction, relationship/family conflict, grief, spirituality, and adjustment issues. I also have an extensive history working with children and adolescents struggling with behavioral issues and learning disabilities. I provide an eclectic, empirically validated approach to counseling as I believe in offering clients what they need for healing. I provide a warm and nurturing environment in order to set the stage for challenges; I encourage clients to engage in such challenges, all of course to foster growth!
