About me

I have been working as a social worker/counselor for more than 12 years. I love being able to help people – by being a nonjudgmental and supportive listener, a kind professional for someone who is having a rough day. I have been so inspired by my clients over the years who have set and achieved their goals, overcoming trauma and other difficult situations. I have experience utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy techniques, and motivational interviewing. Considering therapy, taking the step to sign up are all great, positive steps; I’m proud of you for taking time for yourself/taking care of yourself!
