About me

Are you looking to make meaningful change in your life? Are you wanting to feel more present, authentic and connected to yourself and others? Whether you are struggling with relationship stress and conflict, navigating a life-altering event, or experiencing post-traumatic stress to name just a few, I am here to provide a safe, nonjudgemental space for you to overcome your obstacles and concerns. I know from both personal and professional experiences that each of us has the ability to awaken to our Truth within and find our light, even in the darkest of times. I can help guide you back to return home to your innate mental health and true nature, peace and wellbeing. I’m a licensed mental health counselor in both the states of Hawaii (LMHC) and Arizona (LPC). I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. I served active duty in the US Navy, then post military became a city firefighter-paramedic in Virginia. I eventually went back home to Arizona to complete my BA in Psychology at Arizona State University. Then eventually moved to Oahu, Hawaii in 2011, where I lived for close to 7 years starting my career in mental health and eventually earning my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu in 2016. I’ve worked as an inpatient therapist with adolescent youth, in social work with Veterans Affairs helping homeless veterans find housing, and since have been doing psychotherapy online for the last 6 years. I recently moved up to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and have been enjoying getting acquainted with this beautiful country :).
