About me

Hello! I am licensed in Wisconsin with 3 years of experience as a therapist at a nonprofit mental health clinic. I have experience working with a variety of areas, although I am most interested in working with adults to address stress, anxiety, anger management, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, and life changes. I also really like to work with couples. I am certified in trauma-informed care, certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trained in Brainspotting phases 1 and 2. I am currently working on training for Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Before becoming a therapist, I have experience working in mental health in a variety of settings since 2017, including a homeless shelter and an eating disorder clinic.
