About me

I am licensed in California with over 30 years of experience in mental health. I help clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse (including sexual assault and domestic violence) & coping with grief and loss. I have worked with many people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide or a suicide attempt as well as those who care about someone who is dealing with those concerns or who has lost someone to suicide. I also love to help people with life transitions such as exploring a new career or life goal. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to empower you in that process.
