About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan with 23 years of professional experience. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. My passion lies in supporting individuals living with chronic illness and those navigating the challenges of caregiving, including caregiver stress and burnout. In addition, I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns such as stress, anxiety, grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am committed to helping clients build healthy coping strategies to manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My therapeutic approach is holistic, eclectic, and collaborative—focused on fostering insight, resilience, and removing barriers to growth and positive change. Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and self-care. I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can support you on your path to health and well-being.
