About me

Hi, I’m Stacie — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I became a therapist after a lifelong journey of living with and overcoming chronic illness and pain. That experience gave me deep empathy for others navigating similar challenges — the physical pain, emotional toll, and often invisible weight that can come with it. I’m passionate about supporting individuals who live with chronic pain, disabilities, and long-term health conditions, as well as those facing substance use challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients find hope, self-compassion, and practical ways to cope — even when life feels heavy or uncertain. I believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. In sessions, I can integrate creative expression and simple art-based techniques (like card making) to help clients process emotions and find calm. Whether we’re working through trauma, loss, or daily stressors, I strive to create a space that’s safe, genuine, and empowering. If you’re ready to move toward healing — at your own pace and with someone who truly understands the ups and downs of the journey — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
