About me

I am licensed in Florida with 17 years of professional work experience. I have worked with and assisted clients experiencing a wide variety of struggles and challenges. From stress as a result of many factors, to the anxiety and depression that can manifest from that stress, to clients experiencing loss and managing grief and all that comes with incorporating the loss into their lives. Also, c lients who are struggling with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. To the caregivers experiencing compassion fatigue, concentration, & self care. I also have experience working with the addicted population and providing support for their families and people who love them. I truly love my work and stay up to date with any new theories and treatment modalities. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I’m proud of you and excited to see where you want your life to go and I am here and happy to support you in that process.
