I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), in Missouri, with 14 years of professional work experience. During my counseling career, I have worked in various clinical settings, with clients of all ages and backgrounds. My clinical experience includes helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, grief and loss, illness, and more. My therapy approach incorporates various treatment modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and more.
