About me

I am a counselor with over 13 years of experience working with clients. I started my career working with adults as a career counselor and transitioned to working with adults, teens, and families. I specialize in trauma and adoption issues, depression, anxiety, and career issues. I also specialize in working with families impacted by the criminal justice system. I use a relational approach that is warm and interactive. I will be direct with clients as needed, but I prefer to let them drive sessions and decide which direction to take. I am always open to feedback from clients and encourage you to be honest about what is working or not working for you. I look forward to working with you!
