About me

I graduated from East Texas Baptist University with a Masters in Counseling. There I learned how to associate spirituality into the healing process . I have experience working with individuals of many cultures and ethnicities, many of which I met as a case worker in Dallas. I have also worked in a clinical, outpatient, and inpatient settings. I have worked with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, boundaries, addiction, bipolar disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia , and many more. I have worked with all ages from 5-99 . I am trained in crisis and suicide intervention. I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My main motivation is my love for others and I believe were intended out of love so must love to intend. I come from a Cognitive Behavior framework but integrates other counseling techniques when necessary to meet client needs.
